Message
There are leverage points to bring the most effective change in a system. As Thinking in Systems tell us, those that change goals, or transcend paradigms. When you know where to look and what to hold, all complexity is stripped away. Running a business is complex but it is not that complex. Though that knowledge only comes later after initial hard work. Look at this. I am trying to get a message across. Making a message of a mess. What is the message? Work Hard? Does it confirm something people already know? If they already know this, then why the message? What do people want? Confirm their biases? Say something interesting.
